Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Copy of a settlement between Ghulam Husayn, son of Lutfʻali Khan Sartip and husband of the late Shah Baygum, and Muhammad Khan Hishmat Nizam, father of the late Shah Baygum, over one-twelfth of Balavar village near Khuy, which he inherited from his wife, as well as one thousand tumans of the mahr and its interest, in exchange for five hundred tumans and the condition that Muhammad Khan waives his claim to the late Shah Baygum's dowry items.

Deposition of ʻAli Riza, Muhammad Husayn, Mashhadi Husayn, and Khanum Nawbar, the children of Haj Ghulam Riza Baqqal [the grocer] from Shiraz, about the ownership of a grocery store, a wood and grain trading shop, and two [illegible] shops worth one hundred and ninety-five tumans. All the properties mentioned are the mahr of Zivar Sultan, daughter of the late Karbalayi Mahdi and wife of the late Haj Ghulam Riza. Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.

Haji Mirza Muhammad's inheritance has been divided amongst the following: his two wives, Bibi Khatun (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali), and Zaynab Khanum; and his children, Sakinah Sultan (wife of Aqa Sayyid Muhammad), Rubabah Khanum (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad), Umm Layli (wife of Aqa Husayn Ibn Hasan Ibn Riza), Aqa Muhammad Husayn, Aqa Murtiza, and Aqa Mustafa and Yahya (his underage sons). It is noted that all his wives’ shares and entitlements, including the mahr and alimony, have been taken into account.

Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum and Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar, 1881
Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. Khanum Kuchak's deposition, 1898
Khanum Kuchak, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali ‘Askar, states that she has received all her mahr from her husband, ‘Ali Asghar, and settles any possible claims for some white crystal candies. She has also received seven tumans for the expenses during the waiting period. Khanum Kuchak’s mother, Fatimah, daughter of Karbalayi Isma‘il from Khaminah, and her uncle, Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali, have also underwritten this settlement.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
